Within the project 2 software suites were implemented:
1) Electronic Queue SiMed-NEXT, which significantly improves the quality of customer service and significantly increases the number of regular customers in customer-oriented companies such as:
- administrative agency;
- banks, other financial and credit organizations;
- telecommunications companies;
- insurance company;
- embassies and consulates;
- points of sale of railway and air tickets;
- retail trade and services.
2) Electronic Queue SiMed-SMART, which is intended for medical organizations that conduct medical examinations of working personnel.
