Automated system for production accounting "TRACKING"

«TRACKING» automated system is designed to control the process of labeling, organizing the collection and presentation of data on production process on the refrigerator factory assembly lines. The system provides the following tasks:
  1. Controlling the applicator for labeling with the correct serial number on the refrigerator cabinet.
  2. Automation of accounting of volumes of manufactured products in controlled areas of assembly lines in the context of models due to:
    • data collection from control points on the conveyor equipped with stationary barcode scanners
    • registration of the retirement of refrigerators from the assembly line with the reason for the retirement
    • data import about refrigerator entry into fuctional control area from RQCS quality control system
    • data import about refrigerators passage packaging area
    • inventory interface for controlling areas.
  3. Providing operational and analytical reports on volumes of refrigerators that have passed control points and are located on controlled sections of assembly lines, by model.

"TRACKING" system consists of the folloing components:
  1. Assembly line control system installed on the Advantech industrial panel PC, with local DB under Microsoft SQL Server Express for caching.
  2. Mobile terminal utility for Motorola Symbol MC3190 и Datalogic Falcon 4420.
  3. Central Database under Oracle Database.
  4. Web-application for DotNetNuke CMS with reports for Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
